To set a FINIS Tempo Trainer Pro, press the MODE button to choose your desired mode, such as strokes per minute, seconds per beep, or time per lap. Adjust the tempo using the UP and DOWN buttons to fit your tempo trainer swimming goals. Once set, press and hold the ON/OFF button to activate the beeping. Secure the device under your swim cap or on your goggle strap for effective in-water use.
